Quick start
When you first log on you will see the list of recent topics. You might prefer to click on index to see a list of all the forum categories and read the posts in each category. You can then reply to a post by clicking on reply or quick reply. (It doesn't matter which you use, but reply allows you to add attachments among other things). You can start your own thread by clicking on new topic.
E-mail notifications
If you post a message and someone replies you will automatically be notified by e-mail. If you prefer not to receive these notifications you can click on unsubscribe.
Noticeboard
The top section is locked - this just acts as a noticeboard for information. If you want to comment on anything there you can use the miscellaneous section.
Your profile
You can edit your profile by clicking on profile then on edit (on the right at the end of the long green bar). Note that you can't edit your user name but you can change other details, including your password.
